I did the smart thing: I listened to what Dave had to say and what he predicted was exactly what happened. I was amazed at what he recommended as the asking price and that is exactly what what if sold for. The buyer did have some considerations as she had other property to sell and Dave recommended that I hold paper until her sales went through. That facilitated the sale to someone who would be an excellent neighbor (I am still in Kingsbury)

I also worked with Dave in purchasing my current property in Kingsbury. He was very clear that he represented the seller (I did not need a buyers rep in this case) but also helped with information that helped close this purchase to the benefit of both myself and the seller.
