Howard was the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Howard is represents the best of what we believe a professional century 21 agent could be. Howard negotiated a great price for us. Howard battled tooth and nail for us getting us to closing, keeping stress away all the while as he continued to work diligently with our attorney to make what could have been a difficult time be seamless and stress free. Out attorney told us after the closing that with out Howard we most likely never could have pulled it off.

Going forward as Vermont residents we look forward to having Howard as both a friend and a neighbor. I know we will be keeping in touch with him.

Whitney Poginy was a stellar agent to work with from the very first. She wasted no time getting my house on the market with the excellent sales advertisement. Within 24 hours she had multiple people scheduling showings throughout the week. After less than a week we already had an offer, and she counseled me as to the pros and cons of that offer very well, allowing me to make an informed decision. The house then sold 6 weeks later and all the necessary documents and paperwork that needed to be completed were communicated to me in a straightforward and timely manner. She also went above and beyond in order to try and help me solve an issue with the property in order for it to be resolved so the buyer would be happy as well. Nick was highly recommended by a neighbor I trust. She said he knew the area well and had an excellent reputation for fairness and honesty.

Nick gave me a price range he thought the property would bring. He showed and sold the property, after photographing it, within 2 days. I felt he was 100% behind me in negotiations. I felt he gave me solid advice throughout the process.

Nick offered to install required alarms since I live out of state, if necessary. He answered questions from the installers promptly and got the necessary information for closing papers. I'm sure I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all quickly and with patience. He understood this sale was part of an estate and I was inexperienced!
